During my time as a Cloud & Infrastructure Support Intern at Safaricom P.L.C., I managed Active Directory groups and user accounts, significantly reducing provisioning wait times. I also administered various cloud platforms and on-premises servers, enhancing task execution efficiency. My experience with tools like VMWare VSphere and ServiceNow has allowed me to contribute effectively to issue tracking and resolution processes. Additionally, I implemented DevOps practices during my internship at HNG Tech, focusing on containerization with Docker and automating CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
