My DevOps journey began at Northeastern University with a Cloud Computing course that ignited my passion for cloud technologies. Diving deeper, I took an advanced course in Kubernetes, which solidified my understanding of container orchestration and cloud-native applications. This academic foundation led to a co-op position on the CI/CD team at Charles River Development (State Street). Here, I applied my knowledge to real-world problems, working on projects like automating security policy assignments with Mend API, restructuring Mend environments, implementing semantic release for multiple repositories, and setting up PostgreSQL and Temporal for robust database support. One accomplishment I’m particularly proud of is engineering an automation script that reduced setup time per product by more than 90%. Another highlight was automating JIRA ID extraction and product assignment, resulting in a 60% efficiency boost. I’m passionate about bridging the gap between development and operations, creating seamless, automated processes that enhance software delivery. With my unique skills in CI/CD, cloud technologies, and automation, I’m excited to continue driving innovation and excellence in the DevOps field.
