I'm a mechatronics engineer whose love for computers brought into IT. I've walked the Ops path starting from support analyst to sysadmin, to build engineer and finally making the transition to systems/devops engineer. I've worked in the devops space for about 8 years now, having the opportunity to work in core teams from small startups, building the foundation blocks for the company, in scaleups where growth required us to change workflows and methodologies to adjust to the changes and as a consultant, collaborating with teams from different sizes and industries. During my time working as DevOps, I've worked in different industries like streaming, gaming, fintech and web3. Each one of them have brought different challenges and ways to approach the DevOps methodology and valuable experiences about how to apply the methodology, and how every DevOps-based solution must be custom tailored to its use case. I like to describe myself as a team player, a guy who enjoys building stuff, experimenting new cool technologies and one who likes to spread the word about the lessons I've learned and to mentor people on the things I have done, both right and wrong :)
