I began my DevOps journey with a passion for automating and streamlining processes to improve efficiency and reliability in software development. Over the years, I've honed my skills and gained extensive experience in managing and optimizing complex cloud environments. Created multiple environments from scratch, using various services, including Google Kubernetes Engine to host the applications, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, DNS, Managed Database(PostgreSQL), MemoryStore(Redis), SSL certificates, and using Ingress/HTTPS Load Balancer to route and manage the traffic. Handled configuration management using Terraform, Jenkins and Ansible. Built multiple Cloud Build CI/CD pipelines for Dev and QA Environments to increase efficiency while doing multiple code movements from Stage to Production environment. Managing existing GCP Cloud environments, including automating, monitoring, backup and capacity planning. Ensuring that all systems are running efficiently and effectively and that all data is secure and backed up. Collaborate with different engineering teams on a daily to help with GCP Role Management(IAM) and provisioning GCP infrastructure. Ensured 100% of all project documentation was created and updated, including design, development and deployment documentation.
