The reason I chose DevOps field is learning and technologies. It always changing based on market trends and employees needs to keep learning make professional career flexible and up-to-date. As a DevOps Engineer, i always observed new tech either on programming or scripting or infra as code for configuration etc. which always make you feel you are not enough trained and try checking for more opportunities in the organisation. The reason am looking for switch is the same to look for more opportunities even as a lead to learn more and be with the market ethics. As DevOps lead and handling cloud azure want to get opportunity to explore in the same profile.
