The journey started with computer science and learning different programming languages like Python and Java then t continued with my major which was networks that let me have knowledge about CCNA, Application development, IOT, Cloud Computing, Virtualization and Network security. The next station was my first working opportunity as technical support engineer with over 3 years of experience providing high quality of investigation, troubleshooting and customer handling. This opportunity teaches me a lot of technical skills, soft skills and design a whole map of the IT environment. This map encourages me to have possess understanding of Devops includes specifically CI/CD, Kubernetes and Microservices, also Cloud Computing includes specifically infrastructure and services, Planning and design, Azure fundamentals and lastly Cyber security Risk management which includes specifically Business continuity, NIST, IS027001, ISO22301 and PCI-DSS.
