I have worked for US healthcare project where the client provided us with data in 34 tables which were to be loaded from the client end to the Azure platform . This was done using ADF data pipelines ( Lookup , For Each and Copy Data activity) . Also I was responsible to design Stored procedures for automation of these pipelines by joining these tables together.
