1. Creating the infrastructure(of media products which we provide to the media houses) for multiple environments using AWS cloudformation. 2. Creating the VPC infrastructure for the customers, and perform the VPC Peering. Also, take care of the firewall restriction and the networking part. 3. EC2 instances (frontend, backend, app servers of customers), S3 buckets, IAM (to control the access), RDS, ECS, EKS, Load balancers, auto scaling groups, route 53 etc. 4. Working with developers on implementing CICD pipelines for deploying the SAAS services using Bitbucket, AWS codepipeline etc. 5. Working on setting up the AI generative AWS services like bedrock, open-ai and ai-core. 6. Creating and managing the EKS (kubernetes) cluster for prod environment. Upgrading these clusters and monitor them using Prometheus. 7. Troubleshooting the issues faced by customers in the products and saas services which we provide to them. 8. Checking the Cloudwatch alerts for AWS services informed by NOC team and troubleshoot them.
