Throughout my life-long career in technology, I have realized that there is one thing not even AI can replace: good people. In the fast-paced world of tech companies, where powerful computers and sophisticated algorithms drive innovation, it is easy to overlook the most crucial element of success. Despite the prevalence of cutting-edge technology, it is the creativity, collaboration, and dedication of individuals that REALLY make great companies stand out. At the human level, ingenuity fuels the development of new ideas, while teamwork and diverse perspectives create an environment where these ideas can take flight. Ultimately, the heart of any successful tech company lies not in its many machines but in the people who bring passion, skill, and vision to their work each and every day. And as much as I enjoy working with computers, it’s the great people I meet, and our high level collaboration, that truly gets me excited to come to work each day. I enjoy what I do.
