Hi I am Rushikesh Kondhekar, I was born and brought up in Pune and hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a CGPA of 7.35. As an analytical thinker with a background in mechanical engineering, I am transitioning into DevOps, equipped with expertise in AWS, Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana, Bash scripting, and certified with AWS CLF-02 and DevOps certifications.During my bachelor's, I was the runner-up in IIT Bombay's annual agriculture manifest for my jowar harvesting prototype. Additionally, I was elected as the MESA president for two consecutive years.Currently, I work as a team leader at Shadowfax Technologies, where I manage a group of 20 to 40 people, depending on the workload, while maintaining team spirit and hierarchy to achieve daily goals.
