I am a passionate tech girl driven by innovation and fueled by curiosity. With a love for all the things in technology, I am determined to make my mark in the ever-evolving world of tech. I started my journey working as an Operation Team member at Lufthansa Industry Solutions, working with more than 300 clients worldwide. On the first job position, the project goals were to support the services 24/7 and make sure their availability and accessibility. For 2 years, I was able to deeply support all the services and clients, analyzing incidents and troubleshooting in higher levels. Also, I really enjoyed the process of following the standard procedures, being able to add new instructions and ensuring the quality of the documentation, but I wanted to explore more about the technologies I was working on. Here was the moment I found the need to advance my tech skills and be ready for my new career path as a DevOps. I had to pass a tech challenge of automating a “boring” manual procedure in my operation team. I can surely say that this moment extended my vision about the tech world. I always wanted to create solutions that improves our lives even a little bit. On my last year at Lufthansa, I worked for one of their biggest clients as DevOps Engineer. At first, I was afraid to take risks as the project was very important. I was lucky that I had so many supportive team members and made me recognize that failure is a steppingstone towards success. They really helped me pushing my boundaries and not being afraid embracing challenges. This made me more supportive of my team and of new members. I always volunteered to onboard new colleagues, helping them quickly adapt and not being left behind on the project. As I ended my 3 years at Lufthansa, a new opportunity showed up.The new job position gave me the freedom to explore more technologies and being able to start some of the projects from scratch. Also in addition, I had to experience a different company culture and goals. The product itself made me feel powered because the things we were developing made a huge impact on people’s life. Nothing makes me happier than seeing people really enjoy their job and have a nice work-life balance. Last year during October, I had an opportunity to teach classes in devops. The course allows people from different background and who haven’t been connected with the industry, having a chance to learn and adapt quickly the courses to the needs of enterprises. If I hadn’t enrolled in working for corporates, for sure I would have been a lecturer at universities. I can’t thank enough all my mentors, teachers, and friends who helped me in my journey and make me feel great about it. Their dedication to me as a student, made me go beyond textbooks and discover my true strengths and interests. That’s what I try to the same with my students, not only shaping their skills and knowledge but instill the confidence and mindset to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
