My roles and responsibilities are Platform should be stable at all time, when ever developer strict in any situation, they will reach out to me with JIRA ticket, we will investigate that ticket, depends on ticket requirements we will use devops tools and resolve that ticket, if this ticket is high priority ticket then we will ask L1 team to create incident, we will work on that incident and once issue resolved then we will mitigate that incident, we will take care in OS Patching & hardware health issues also, we are providing production support.
