When I started my journey as a DevOps engineer, I, single-handedly completed the automation of an incident (to capture the CPU usage for 3hours with an interval of half an hour, and if 3 consecutive less than threshold then close the incident or else transfer) via Ansible integrated with ServiceNow, Moogsoft. In the span of 3.6 years, I have worked on the below use cases: • Worked on various use cases from different tracks such as Active Directory, Wintel, Unix, Database, Control-M, CMDB, etc • Worked on end to end automation of CMDB use cases using Ansible and Service now. • Implemented automation of placing the multiple servers on maintenance mode on Moogsoft with Ansible. • Working EC2 services and building a highly available system using load balancing concept. • Working with IAM services to provide different levels of access. Seeing my interest in solving complicated problems, my manager always assigns me new requirement of the customer.
