First contact with DevOps was on post graduation of DevOps Engineering and Cloud Solutions. First applying It on job environment was building a pipeline on Azure Devops to deploy changes on On-premises server. Later on, built a more complete flow with: pull requests, code review, building, automated testing, linting, static code analysis (sonar), code coverage, dB migrations, versioning, infra as code, deploy and monitoring. All of It on Azure Devops and Azure cloud resources. Next stage is: chaos engineering. After finishing post graduation conclusion work and reading DevOps Handbook I realize DevOps is way more than coding and Engineering. Culture and People management is as much important as all the automation. So sharing knowledge between groups, increasing communication channels, post morting meetings, freedom to make mistakes, decreasing toils and some others pratices makes all the difference on daily basis. With all the academic base, I know what is the intentention of any DevOps tasks. And also understand the level of maturiry of a company based on 3 ways principles of Gene Kim. I love DevOps precisely because of this mix of tech and people. I'm persistent and curious for new ways to implement projects and ideas.
