My journey into DevOps started when I was working as a system administrator. I noticed how hard it was for developers and operations teams to work separately. Realizing there had to be a better way, I started learning about DevOps practices and tools. This led me to focus on bringing development and operations together to make processes smoother, improve teamwork, and get better results. A Recent DevOps Project: Recently, I led a project to migrate our old applications to a new microservices architecture. We implemented Kubernetes for managing containers and used Terraform for infrastructure as code. This project improved our deployment times by 60% and significantly reduced downtime, making our system more efficient and reliable. Continuous Learning: In DevOps, staying updated is crucial. I recently earned a certification in AWS DevOps Engineering, which deepened my knowledge of cloud-native architectures and advanced automation. This has enabled me to better use cloud services and implement best practices for security and compliance.
