• Responsible for the liveness of the 1000+ spot instances and 8 Kubernetes Clusters on EKS that contain all services in the Company that serve high-traffic e-commerce websites and omnichannel products with 100+ global retail partners including Sephora. M&S, GAP, USPA. • Performed all infrastructure-related operations as infrastructure as code using Terraform if possible. • Build VPC configuration, Security groups, auto-scaling, and load balancing on AWS EC2. • Install CI/CD pipelines, and automate the manual operations using Jenkins and ArgoCD. • Conduct log management with EFK (Elasticsearh, Fluentd, Kibana). • Set up a monitoring system and create alerting mechanisms with Prometheus, Grafana, Pagerduty, and Cloudwatch. • Write and deploy scripts written in Python and Bash. • Managed Kubernetes applications and maintenance with Helm. • Perform configuration management with SaltStack. • Create and implement disaster recovery solutions. Diagnose and resolve complex system and application issues. • Was able to work 24/7 for the vitality and continuity of the systems in a daily rotation of 4 people. • Have designed and deployed a production-ready Kubernetes cluster using Rancher as a self- managed solution
