• Deep Diving on different issues of AWS Container Services ( EKS, ECS ) • Solving day to day Customer issues on DevOps offerings and related services of AWS. • Debugging and providing solutions of prod/non prod issues to customers worldwide on EKS, k8s, ECS and related services. • Working on various POCs for different customers and for internal tools. • Documenting new POCs in the form of internal articles or as debug guides. • Handling various internal and external escalations of EKS/k8s. • Automating day to day work and developing/updating internal tools for various purposes. • Providing answers of Customer Queries / general guidance as per requirement. • Mentoring new joiners during the probation periods. • Providing EKS/k8s trainings to non DevOps AWS engineers. • Finding and fixing bugs in the services / documentations • Interviewing and finding best talents for AWS PS DevOps Team
