I am a DevOps Support Engineer at Skit.ai, a leading conversational AI platform for enterprises. I have a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from NPRCET, and multiple certifications in network security and database vulnerabilities. I have core competencies in AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud and hybrid environments. At Skit.ai, I work on multiple stories, incidents, and ad-hoc tickets, syncing the call flows and transferring the data to the pod. I also manage cost optimization, inventory, and security hardening for PCI-DSS, ISO27001, and HIPAA compliance. I use AWS services like EC2, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC, AMI, S3, EKS, ECR, NAT, IG, Route53, Load Balancer, Guard Duty, AWS Transfer, Secret Manager, and Cost Management. I also use automation tools like IaC Terraform to automate AWS services. I am part of the on-call team for cloud projects and fix issues based on their severity. I am passionate about learning new technologies and improving the efficiency and reliability of the IT infrastructure.
