I am working as Cloud Support Engineer at AWS India. I have 4+ years of rich experience in the DevOps domain. My Job involves resolving customer grievances using a range of customer contact channels, such as telephone, email, web/live chat . Employing cutting-edge troubleshooting methods to deliver customized solutions for customers and enhance customer relations by meticulously collaborating with customers to dive deep into the root cause of an issue. Partnering with development teams on complex issues/contact deflection initiatives. Collaborating with leadership on strategic initiatives and process enhancements to ensure greater customer service and adherence to international AWS standards, practices, and regulations. I automate and optimize the development and deployment processes using AWS, Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes. Some of my achievements include installing and configuring Jenkins, designing and managing CI/CD workflows, using Ansible playbooks to deploy applications, and performing Kubernetes version upgrades on all clusters. I have also built and deployed Java web applications on Tomcat, and worked on DevOps/Agile operation processes and configuration infrastructure. I hold a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Pragati Engineering College, where I developed my analytical and problem-solving skills. I am passionate about learning new technologies and improving the quality and efficiency of software delivery. I enjoy collaborating with my team and clients, and contributing to the success of the projects. I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow as a DevOps Engineer.
