As a Sr. Cloud Administrator at Upland Software, I am passionate about automating operational processes to deliver high-quality solutions for our customers. With over 17 years of experience in systems engineering and administration, I have gained extensive knowledge and skills in cloud computing, bash/python scripting, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, networking, databases, CI/CD, SSL, databases, DNS and much more. Recently, I have automated operational processes in my company that resulted in cost reductions, higher performance rates, and minimal human intervention. I have also deployed and configured Docker containers, managed and administered cloud hosting, and maintained WordPress websites. I continue to learn and work with the latest technologies and best practices in DevOps to enrich my skill set and achieve my mission of enhancing efficiency and reliability of our systems and services.
