0About
I started my career in 2016 as a field technician at a small ISP in the countryside of São Paulo, working with fiber installations, wireless radios, and field support. That experience gave me a strong operational mindset and a practical understanding of how infrastructure behaves in real-world environments. Over the years, I transitioned into networking, systems administration, monitoring, cloud infrastructure, and managed services operations. Today, I’m the technical responsible for operation of 70+ corporate environments, including hospitals, supermarkets, and retail chains, supporting infrastructures where stability and uptime are critical. One of the most important experiences in my career was being responsible for ASN53054, an ISP serving more than 10,000 customers. During that period, I led the migration from static MikroTik routing to multi-area OSPF and iBGP, improved scalability and organization, and developed disaster recovery plans for enterprise clients. Later, I participated in the migration of that ISP into Webby’s infrastructure (ASN262493), working on datacenter relocation, BGP/MPLS adjustments, and large-scale migration activities while maintaining service continuity. My daily work involves troubleshooting complex environments, maintaining production infrastructure, and supporting critical operations across multiple technologies and vendors. Main areas: • BGP, MPLS, OSPF, IPv6 • FortiGate, Barracuda, pfSense, Sophos, SonicWall • Linux administration (CentOS, Debian, BSD) • Zabbix and Grafana monitoring • Hybrid cloud environments (AWS and Oracle Cloud)
