Job summary

As a Tech Recruiter at BWI GmbH, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting primarily for Cloud, DevOps, and platform profiles.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of end-to-end in-house recruiting experience
• Knowledge of technologies like Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, or CI/CD
• Understanding of legal frameworks and HR processes in large companies
• Strong understanding of the IT job market
• Experience with modern sourcing and selection methods
• Proficient in MS Office and HR/recruiting software
• Empathetic and assertive personality
• Independent, meticulous, and conscientious work style

Responsibilities
