Job summary
The Staff+ Site Reliability Engineer for Safeguards ML Infra at Ant*** will design, build, and operate the production infrastructure for AI safety systems. The role involves managing model releases, deploying safety classifiers, and automating processes to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Experience in production change management at scale.
- Experience with high-stakes releases.
- On-call experience for production systems.
- Desire to address unraised gaps in processes.
- Experience deploying and operating on cloud platforms.
Responsibilities
- Launch captain model releases: configure and verify safeguards for new models.
- Own off-cycle deployment of new safety classifiers.
- Verify safeguards are live on the right models across deployment platforms.
- Automate previous work processes.
- Build and maintain a safeguards registry.
- Participate in on-call and operational-duty rotations.
