Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of related experience.
  • At least 4 years in system and network administration.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols and hardware.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux server administration.
  • Proficiency in managing network devices.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor network performance and ensure network security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
  • Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
  • Install, configure, and maintain servers and software.
  • Apply patches and updates to keep systems secure.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure reliability.
  • Supervise backups and perform recovery processes.
  • Participate in security assessments and vulnerability management.
  • Collaborate with the security team on vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Work with Cloud Operations for integration support.
  • Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.
  • Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance.
  • Implement automated monitoring and logging solutions.
  • Support DevOps strategies and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate on DevOps standards and best practices.
  • Identify and resolve deployment process inefficiencies.
  • Work with teams to troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
