FLEXA is seeking a Senior/Staff Cloud Engineer to design, build, and scale their AWS-native IT architecture, playing a key role in critical infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering or software engineering
• Proven experience in defining and evolving cloud architecture
• Strong background in software engineering
• Deep knowledge of AWS services
• Experience with containerized applications and microservices
• Hands-on expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code
• Experience in security, compliance, and operational excellence
• Ability to influence teams and mentor engineers
• Track record of delivering complex solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with monitoring and alerting solutions

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term cloud architecture vision
• Mentor and influence engineering teams
• Drive design and implementation of IaC frameworks
• Oversee full architecture of the platform
