Senior Scrum Master DevOps coaching and facilitating two teams for corporate GIS platform development and management.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching multiple mature development teams
• Experience in platform or application development
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and Lean principles
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills
• Experience in stakeholder management with internal and external parties
• Proficient in Dutch language, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

• Coach DevOps teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement
• Facilitate Scrum events for team development
• Support Product Owners in achieving focus and transparency
• Identify improvement opportunities and guide change initiatives
• Introduce and guide estimation techniques like Planning Poker
• Enhance quality and consistency of User Story estimations
• Build stable sprint velocity and realistic sprint commitments
• Coach team members to complete tasks within sprints
• Facilitate effective retrospectives with measurable actions
• Promote collaboration between development and operations
