Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Mainframe Automation Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise monitoring and automation solutions across the IBM z/OS platform.

Qualifications

• 8 to 15+ years of experience in IBM Mainframe environments.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Mainframe Automation.
• Experience with Broadcom OPS/MVS, IBM System Automation, and NetView.
• Experience in enterprise-scale production environments.
• Expertise in automation design and troubleshooting.
• Strong REXX programming and scripting experience.
• Experience with IBM z/OS Environment.
• Understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Proven troubleshooting skills in IBM Z environments.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Mainframe Automation solutions.
• Design and implement monitoring and automation processes.
• Create and deploy automation rules and policies.
• Manage requests for new automation requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational requirements.
