Qualifications

  • Proven Wintel systems administration experience
  • Proficiency in VMware and Horizon (vCenter/ESXi, vSAN) for installation, patching, and maintenance
  • Detailed understanding of network architecture, focusing on Palo Alto firewall and network security technologies
  • Understanding and application of cyber security methodologies
  • Experience installing, configuring, and supporting network components
  • Experience administering On-Premise platforms, including Citrix and thin client technologies
  • Ability to achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard

Responsibilities

  • Support, develop, and deliver IT services
  • Resolve infrastructure support issues
  • Maintain, manage, and optimize infrastructure performance and availability
  • Support IT infrastructure across Windows and Linux platforms
  • Design, deploy, and maintain servers, storage, networking, and security systems
