Senior Infrastructure Engineer, Dashboard Platform

Job summary

Alg*** is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with a focus on infrastructure automation for the Dashboard Platform team. This role involves working on core features of the Alg*** Dashboard, building new services for the infrastructure platform using Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS, and creating tooling and guidelines for a great Developer Experience. The ideal candidate will lead projects autonomously, plan ahead, and orchestrate changes across projects and teams.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of modern infrastructure management with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform on cloud providers (AWS, GCP)
• Familiarity with AI coding agents
• Rigor in high code quality, automated testing, and engineering best practices
• Strong focus on Developer Experience
• Well-spoken and written English skills
• Experience at a company with over 10,000 customers, $50-200M ARR, high growth, and building internal infrastructure
