Job summary

AXA is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to take full operational responsibility for two high-usage GenAI applications, focusing on optimizing production operations and automating deployment processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive DevOps experience in high-traffic production environments
• Professional management of Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
• Public cloud experience with GCP, Azure, or similar
• Solid experience with CI/CD pipeline tools like GitHub Actions
• Engaged and responsible personality with technical depth
• Fluent in German and English
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

• Optimize production operations of two GenAI applications
• Plan, manage, and automate the deployment process
• Manage cloud infrastructure on GCP and Azure with Terraform
• Iteratively automate monitoring, alerting, ticket routing, deployments, and user communication
• Identify systemic weaknesses and implement improvements
• Act as a sparring partner for PO, development teams, and business stakeholders
