Job summary
As a Senior Advisor for Azure DevOps and DevOps Governance, you will be responsible for the evolution, governance, and continuous improvement of the Azure DevOps environment.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Azure DevOps administration, configuration, or governance
- Experience with Power BI and Azure DevOps data utilization
- Experience in Agile, Lean, DevOps, or SAFe
- Advanced expertise in Azure DevOps components: organization, projects, boards, work items, dashboards, Git repositories, YAML pipelines, test plans
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure integrations
- Understanding of responsible AI concepts and data governance
Responsibilities
- Administer and evolve the Azure DevOps platform
- Optimize projects, teams, backlogs, Git repositories, and pipelines
- Define and maintain standards, governance rules, and organizational structures
- Develop dashboards and performance indicators with Power BI
- Participate in integration between Azure DevOps and Dynamics 365 Project Operations
- Support users and managers in optimal platform usage
- Leverage and optimize AI capabilities, including Microsoft Copilot
- Contribute to the platform evolution roadmap and Agile transformation
