Job summary
NavitasPartners is seeking an experienced Production Reliability Engineer with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. The role involves ensuring production stability, operational excellence, and service reliability across critical enterprise platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Production Reliability Engineer within BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments.
- Experience supporting banking systems, government applications, OSS/BSS, billing, charging, or telecom platforms.
- Strong production support and incident management experience.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and performance management tools.
- Experience supporting cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Experience with automation and scripting technologies.
- Understanding of governance, compliance, and security requirements.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting mission-critical enterprise systems.
- SRE, Cloud, or DevOps certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support production reliability across BFSI, Public Sector, and Telecom environments.
- Support modernization initiatives for core banking, payments, citizen services, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, charging platforms, and telecom customer applications.
- Monitor production systems and respond to incidents affecting service availability.
- Lead root cause analysis and problem management activities.
- Support telecom operations, network services, and customer-facing digital platforms.
- Implement automation to reduce manual operational effort.
- Monitor application performance, capacity, and service-level objectives.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams.
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
