Principal SRE (AWS, Azure, Terraforms, Kubernetes)

Job summary

Fou*** is seeking an experienced Principal SRE to enhance their automated infrastructure pipelines and support their transition to public cloud services, particularly Azure.

Qualifications

• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or similar roles.
• Track record of managing large-scale, highly available, and scalable infrastructure.
• Experience with Terraform, Configuration Management, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Extensive cloud experience, ideally with Azure and AWS.
• Programming and scripting skills with OOP principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in Agile or Kanban.
• Positive team player.

Responsibilities

• Work with Architecture, Product Owners, and development teams to define needs for cloud migration.
• Design and implement scalable, highly available, and resilient infrastructure solutions.
• Enhance tooling for monitoring, alerting, incident management, and automation.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure and processes.
• Participate in incident management and drive continuous improvement.
• Implement strategies to future-proof infrastructure for growth.
• Utilize AI tools effectively and encourage others to do the same.
• Assist in the career development of colleagues and promote best practices.
