Job summary
Mic*** is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to implement, maintain, and upgrade their Managed Service and Infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering or Infrastructure Engineering
- Background in software-focused organizations or collaboration with development teams
- Strong understanding of networking and enterprise IT environments
- Experience with code-first approach and automation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain critical information control systems
- Collaborate with Development and business teams
- Implement, configure, maintain and upgrade platform infrastructure
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve platform issues
- Conduct dry run testing and ensure rollback functionality
- Work with third-party vendors to optimize systems
- Facilitate knowledge sharing between teams and stakeholders
- Maintain platform documentation and operational records
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives
