Responsibilities

• Manage new build GRT’s across platforms
• Keep customers informed throughout build lifecycle
• Service new build GRT’s with support when required
• Monitor and manage GRT queue for customer satisfaction
• Install network hardware to agreed standards
• Use tools and systems for new build GRT’s
• Propose and implement improvements to build processes
• Support environmental alarms and resolve issues
• Collect monitoring data for rapid fault response
• Complete scheduled maintenance on model equipment
• Manage local stores and place Purchase Orders
• Follow processes for advanced replacement of faulty equipment
• Raise courier bookings for equipment shipping
• Support team knowledge and contribution
• Organize documentation and training for new solutions
• Drive technical growth and career development
• Support leadership initiatives
• Adhere to H&S and best working practices
• Ensure best practice standards in model environments
• Collaborate with teams adhering to policies and standards
