Job summary
Lead Platform Engineer responsible for guiding a platform engineering team and managing cloud infrastructure and AI toolchains.
Qualifications
- Experience leading teams and managing budgets
- Experience in AI-assisted software delivery models
- 5+ years in DevOps and Azure-focused infrastructure development
- Knowledge of cloud security and DevSecOps practices
- Strong knowledge of .NET workloads
- Expertise in Kubernetes and cloud networking
- Experience with Azure Cloud Adoption Framework
- Proficiency in Terraform
- Strong scripting and automation skills
- Familiarity with Linux-based operating systems
- Experience in AI developer tooling governance
- Understanding of AI compute cost management
Responsibilities
- Lead and build the Platform Team
- Set platform strategy and design secure cloud solutions
- Collaborate with Technology and Engineering leadership
- Own infrastructure for AI-executed delivery model
- Establish prompt-framework-as-code
- Govern AI compute costs
- Partner with Security Engineers for security design
- Lead continual delivery with automation-first approach
- Set platform engineering standards
- Evaluate new technologies and AI services
- Provide expertise in enterprise authentication
