Responsibilities

• Incorporate the Player-Coach model and mentor a high-performing team
• Lead technical client engagements around architecture design and strategy
• Design and implement technical patterns on Azure
• Identify and nurture growth opportunities within existing clients
• Communicate discoveries to Senior Management and Executive stakeholders
• Partner with Project Leaders for technical input on project delivery
• Support pre-sales teams with documentation and requirements
• Setup proof-of-concept prototypes
• Communicate insights and report to clients
• Run workshops and cloud adoption activities
• Participate in the hiring process for new team members
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers
