Responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise networking services.
• Lead network infrastructure and security projects focused on Cisco ISE and Network Access Control.
• Support Cisco switching, wireless networks, and LAN controllers.
• Administer Fortigate firewalls, including policies, VPNs, and DMZ environments.
• Ensure network security through patching, upgrades, and compliance initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve networking incidents and service requests.
• Support change management for networking infrastructure.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Provide technical expertise for multi-site network environments.
• Contribute to network performance and operational effectiveness.
