• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate core cloud services, databases, and collaboration tools smoothly
• Conduct hands-on technical execution to resolve operational issues and optimize system performance
• Execute security protocols and governance measures to protect data within strict federal guidelines
• Participate in project rollout phases across national sites, including initial deployment activities
• Support long-term technology roadmaps by delivering high-quality configuration and technical documentation
