Job summary
Amaris Consulting is seeking dynamic consultants to join their Information Systems and Digital team in Montreal as Azure Support & DevOps Specialists.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations, application support, or DevOps
- Minimum 2 years of Level 3 Production Support experience
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure environments
- Strong troubleshooting experience in distributed systems
- Experience with Java and Python codebases
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 production support for critical applications
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents
- Act as primary liaison between support and development teams
- Design and implement observability solutions
- Collaborate with software development and infrastructure teams
- Develop automation solutions and operational improvements
