Job summary

Seeking an experienced IT Platform Engineer to lead the DevOps engineering team with hands-on technical leadership and infrastructure design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Infrastructure roles
• Experience in a technical lead or senior contributor role
• Knowledge of Linux server administration
• Experience with Kubernetes clusters in production
• Security and infrastructure experience with cloud platforms
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Experience with AI tools and secure integrations
• Full working proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for the IT Platform team
• Evaluate and improve infrastructure, scripts, and tooling
• Architect automation solutions for monitoring and optimization
• Design and maintain cloud and on-premise infrastructure
• Build and improve development and deployment pipelines
• Monitor performance and resource consumption of applications
• Lead troubleshooting on complex infrastructure issues
• Define and track reliability metrics for improvement
• Contribute to infrastructure planning and tooling decisions
