Job summary

The Digital Platform Engineer is responsible for managing the strategic direction and enhancements of digital banking platforms, including online and mobile banking, payments, and treasury management. Key responsibilities include overseeing the digital banking platform roadmap, leading vendor relationships, ensuring platform reliability, and supporting digital strategies for Treasury Management and Retail Banking.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with Digital Banking products and Treasury Management.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage the digital banking platform roadmap.
• Serve as technical owner for online and mobile banking solutions.
• Prioritize and manage enhancement requests.
• Lead vendor relationships and contract performance reviews.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, testing, and releases.
• Partner with Information Security and Compliance on risk management.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for digital initiatives.
• Support Treasury Management and Retail Banking digital strategies.
• Report on KPIs and digital performance metrics.
• Ensure platform availability, reliability, and service quality.
• Manage the product lifecycle from planning to execution.
• Lead the Digital Platform Team to resolve incidents and execute initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation.
• Support IT Response, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery processes.
• Develop and maintain systems in alignment with security controls.
• Adhere to Software Development Lifecycle policies and standards.
• Ensure all new assets are identified in the CMDB.
