Manage production and non-production environments, resolve incidents, and schedule processes. Contribute to documentation and participate in automation and migration projects.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in OPCON
• Experience in IT operations/production
• Proficient in Windows, Linux, and Unix environments
• Knowledge of GoAnywhere and XFB Gateway
• Skills in PowerShell and automation
• Familiarity with Azure and Azure DevOps
• Awareness of supervision, documentation, and incident management issues
• Profile as Production/Operations/Scheduling Engineer, autonomous and rigorous

Responsibilities

• Manage production and non-production environments
• Resolve operational incidents
• Design and manage process scheduling
• Develop and maintain Uprocs
• Conduct non-regression tests on jobs
• Analyze application logs and assist in incident diagnosis
• Participate in documentation updates
• Update team Wiki and control documentation from study teams
• Contribute to migration project from $Universe to OPCON
• Participate in automation and scripting of operational activities
