Qualifications

• Experience as a DevOps Automation Engineer in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments.
• Strong experience with scripting, automation, and DevOps tools.
• Experience with banking systems, government applications, OSS/BSS, billing, and telecom platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud platforms.
• Understanding of governance, compliance, and security requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in enterprise-scale environments.
• Knowledge of container and orchestration technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation solutions for BFSI, Public Sector, and Telecom environments.
• Support modernization initiatives for core banking, citizen services, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, and telecom platforms.
• Design automated deployment, testing, and operational processes.
• Support telecom infrastructure and network operations.
• Build Infrastructure as Code and configuration management solutions.
• Implement monitoring and self-healing automation capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Improve platform reliability and deployment efficiency.
• Support governance, compliance, and security initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and DevOps maturity programs.
