Responsible for administration and configuration of Atlassian Cloud products, user management, and development of GitHub environments.

Qualifications
- Several years of practical experience in administration of Atlassian Cloud products (Jira, Confluence) and ideally GitHub.
- Hands-on experience in configuring workflows, permission concepts, and automations (e.g., Automation for Jira or GitHub Actions).
- Understanding of IT security, permission concepts, and data protection requirements.
- Experience in IT support or incident management with clear processes and SLAs.
- Structured, independent work style with analytical and solution-oriented approach.
- Service-oriented, team player with motivation for continuous technological development and fluent communication in German.
Responsibilities
- Administer and configure Atlassian Cloud (Jira & Confluence) including projects, workflows, and permission concepts.
- Manage user administration and ensure structured role and access assignments.
- Develop GitHub environment including repository structures, branching strategies, and GitHub Actions.
- Integrate tools and interfaces (e.g., between Atlassian and GitHub) and drive automation including AI usage.
- Monitor platform usage and ensure stability, security, and efficiency through audits.
- Identify optimization potentials, advise teams, and actively work on the development of the tool landscape.
